Well, we can't all be winners all the time, right? Dr. Amber is hosting a rejects' blog hop over on her website, here:

I submitted two projects to this month's publication call for Paper Crafts Magazine, and both got rejected (insert sad face here). Oh well.... So, in the spirit of the reject party, here's my first card for the spooky Halloween theme.
I personally really loved this card. The kraft cardstock is covered with a fuzzy argyle pattern (love it!), and I love the glam goth theme. I finally broke down and bought a Cricut in December, and I love being able to cut out those little letters with it.
The next card was my contribution to the sketch challenge. Now, normally I'm not a sketch challenge kinda girl (I have a thing for symmetry, which means the usually-not-symmetrical sketches stress me out), but I just bought these great stamps from Papertrey Ink (I heart them), and couldn't wait to pair them up with very-purple glitter.
Voila! I'll keep trying. Can't wait to see what's on next month's publication call :)
